I'm feeling great after yesterday's Reiki training. I'm not sure who to practice with, so, for now, I'll just use it for myself. Today I had more energy when I did my midday 2 mile walk, I slept well.

We moved the cats yesterday. I was able to herd Spirit I to her crate without her pooping herself, which is huge. She was calm for the trip and actually came out of her crate easily to explore my daughter’s bedroom, who is keeping the cats until we move. Today she sniffed my daughter’s hand. Usually Spirit runs from humans. I have noticed such a huge change in her and can’t believe I didn’t think of Reiki sooner for her! Thank you for all your help. It made a difficult trip less stressful knowing she was not stressed.
